There are so many delicious breakfast recipes out there but I think having a breakfast routine is key to fast weight loss success.
You won’t have to search on pinterest for hours about what you will be eating the next morning. You won’t have to worry about getting certain ingredients and you will be able to work the same time framed breakfast into your morning routine.
For me, my low carb breakfast routine of choice involves bacon and eggs.
It’s a simple, low cost, low carb staple, that is delicious and aids in weigh-loss.
Every week I get 2 dozen eggs from my friend Tina who has free range chickens. I often visit them and pet them. It’s awesome to be able to be connected to my food in that way.
The bacon I get from Applegate as it’s nitrate and sugar free. It’s called “Organic Sunday Bacon.” Did I mention it’s delicious?!
Lastly I do have my cup of morning coffee. Right now I’m using a local (Eau Claire, WI) Roast by a company called “Honest Roast.” I picked a dark roast bag up from the farmers market last week and it’s so yummy!
I use my french press to brew it and I add one packet of caramel stevia (sugar free natural sweetener) and a dollop of SoDelicious dairy free coconut milk creamer.
